We bake handmade sourdough bread on the premises, using a range of flours
These include Organic Whole White & Spelt and depending on time of year would usually include such loaves as Bears Boule, Sundried Tomato & Oregano Boule and 50% Spelt Tin Loaf.
Our old school donuts have become renowned and share counter space with danishes and other sweet things. Great with our ‘bean to cup’ coffee or mug of tea.

SOURCING: We source as many ingredients as possible from West Country producers. Our free range eggs are from the farm just down the road, our meat from Colyton Town Butchers and our flour is local.
DOGS WELCOME : friends with paws are welcome – they can enjoy a drink and free dog biscuits too.
This is Radar the Bakery Dog – he has very big ears !
